A Route is the list of jobs, tasks and notes for the day. You may call it a work order, job sheet, or route list. There are three types of Routes in ezbz: Draft, Active, and Archived. Admin users can create, edit, and view all three Route types. Regular users (crew members) can only see Active Routes.
Users are the people who will use ezbz for work: crew members, office staff, bookkeepers, etc. There are two types of Users: Admin and Regular. Admin Users have full access to everything in your ezbz account. Regular Users can only see and use Active Routes and clock themselves in and out for the day.
There are four ways to add customers: add a contact directly from your phone, manually enter the customer, bulk upload a spreadsheet with multiple customers or ask us to help!
The Gold Plan includes a time clock and unlimited users for a flat price of $49.95 per month. Employee time sheets can be accessed and edited in Reports. Really.
Admin users can make real-time changes to routes, jobs, notes, tasks customers and users in the app or m.ezbz.work if you’re at a computer. Anywhere, anytime.
